Lancaster House Consulting & Diagnostics was founded in 2008 by Neeraj Sharma, a Consultant Urologist, with a clear philosophy: doctor-led services that put patient care first. Today, we provide NHS outpatient services across Greater Manchester, combining specialist doctor-led consulting with experienced nursing-led care. Our services include urology and gynaecology consultations, alongside continence and stoma support delivered by a skilled nurse practitioner team. We aim to make every visit efficient and reassuring, with coordinated admin support and a calm, respectful environment that keeps the experience straightforward for patients and reliable for clinicians.
